While on a recent road trip to Pittsburgh Pa., from Rochester, N.Y., I suddenly noticed multiple sensor lights on my dashboard came on and the engine turned off. I had to pull over to avoid having an accident. The car would not turn on. I was stranded. I had no idea where I was; only knew I was about 1 1/2 hrs. from Pittsburgh. I was able to contact AAA & Subaru for assistance and they recommended A. Crivelli Subaru, in Franklin Pa., about 20 miles from the location. As you can imagine, I was stressed, and very nervous. I had the car towed. The Service Manager and team at A. Crivelli Subaru assured me that they would figure out why the car suddenly stopped operating. They were highly professional, kind and understanding. The service team did an outstanding job helping me calm my fears. I was informed that they would provide me with a rental which was included in the warranty, and I could get to my destination. By the next business day, Monday, the service manager called, and explained that they did a thorough diagnostic test and found the problem - it was a valve that needed to be replaced. No problems, I returned, and I was able to drive my car back home to Rochester, N.Y. I want to give the Service Team at A. Crivelli Subaru, in Franklin, Pa a super special THANK YOU!! Excellent Job - Highly recommended.

Joe is the absolute best!!! He was endlessly patient with me, bought a 2023 Subaru Outback and can't wait to enjoy it! We had a problem that we needed the service center to look at with our car. The price was reasonable. The work was very professional and they got us in and out in two hours. I made an appointment online dropped it off came back and picked it up two hours later great work thank you.
